7:30 a.m. TRAFFIC: Disabled work truck on I-64 causes 5-mile back up at HRBT (2012/5/18)

A disabled work truck has caused the temporary closure of two lanes on Interstate 64 westbound near the Hampton River Bridge, Virginia Department of Transportation officials said. Traffic is currently backed up to Mallory Street. It is also impacting traffic at the HRBT.
